New Year 2011
No snow this morning but the price we paid for a patch of clear sky was the FREEZING cold. Grass crunched as we walked.
Two cats followed us up (Kitty and Moggy).
Gus was lured up the hill with promises of hot cocoa.

Roadtrip
Taking advantage of winter break, Gus and I drove down to Eugene today to see Tammy, Grant & Javin. It was our first attempt at being awake in the car for longer than an hour and it pushed the limits but was fairly painless overall.

Santa Season
The twilight parade and tree lighting on Hood River. Saw Santa but kept our distance.
Pancake breakfast and book sale in Mosier this morning.
