I had a few minutes left over after a meeting in Portland yesterday so I stopped by to see Amanda & Leigh’s new place. It’s gorgeous. Big and light and surrounded by friendly neighbors with front porches that they appear to actually use.

Yesterday we took Charles’ folks to the airport. It was a gorgeous, sunny day (of course) so we took the scenic route which included a visit to Vista house.

In their gallery, they had posters that featured every famous spot in the area: Timberline Lodge, The Mosier Tunnels, Multnomah Falls, Vista House… and I realized that… »

We’ve been loving carrying Gus around like this a lot lately. No contraptions needed, just throw him up there and go. He even knows to hold on to our hair now.
