Since I had a few hours to spare this morning, I got to join Lena and the girls at the zoo spontaneously.
The highlight (aside from holding Lila’s hand) was the baby elephant who was just learning to use his trunk (picked up a little branch and rolled it half-way up and then used his foot to nudge it the rest of the way). I was holding Gus so couldn’t reach the camera -but he was grunting excitedly which means he thought it was pretty cool or he was trying to say he was ready for a nap. Not sure which.
Using subtle intimidation tactics, Gus made sure this guy kept his distance.
It’s the tie dyed onesie from Tomerong Markets. YAY! :o)
Holding Lila’s hand is one of my most favorite things to do.
Hehehehehe. Love the giraffe shot, intimidation tactics indeed.
What’s the giraffe eating?
Tree branches that look like fingers?…
