To counteract the cuteness of yesterday’s post, today I thought I’d feature another option of child birth: eating the placenta.
Apparently it’s very good for post-natal depression.

And if you have a wound that is not healing properly, you can cut a small piece of your placenta and place it over the wound as a natural bandage. Or was that the amnion? I’ll have to look that up.
